In our opinion, this is the quintessential steak. Boneless or bone-in, there are followers in each category. But we at the farm agree, a yak Ribeye at the end of a hard day makes everything better! And shockingly, on a good day, it makes everything better. There's just no way to go wrong with a Ribeye. No offense to the New York Strip folks. Those are also terrific. Just remember it cooks faster than beef and you're golden.
