Oh what a rich and hearty, yet delicate dish this creates. Some of our customers rave about this being one of their favorites. We have tried a number of Osso Buco recipes with great success. Just make sure to allow enough time for the meat to become tender. We typically braise them for about 8 hours. This product is sold individually, but we recommend cooking 4-6 together, or one per person.
