Our Ground Round Yak is an incredible, lean burger. With 5-7% yak fat, it is flavorful and versatile for many styles of dishes. Excellent for every preparation. We have found that this is even good served cold, making it great for picnics, salads and leftovers. We like to cook burgers medium-rare to enjoy the beautiful meat. Yak cooks faster than beef and is naturally juicy, so watch to ensure it doesn't overcook.
